NOCAP NUTRITION "LUCKY 7" GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor. NoCap Fitness LLC, doing business as NoCap Nutrition, 35 Kane Ave, Hempstead, NY 11550 ("Sponsor"). This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Shopify, or any other platform. Questions go to Sponsor, not to those companies.
2. Giveaway period. This round runs from October 10, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time through November 8, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time, or until the prize cap in Section 6 is reached, whichever comes first. Sponsor may announce further rounds under these same rules with new dates. Sponsor's computer is the official clock.
3. Who can enter. Anyone 18 or older, wherever this giveaway is legal. Void where prohibited, including in Rhode Island and the Province of Quebec. Employees of Sponsor and members of their households may not enter.
4. How to enter. There are two ways, and both have the same odds.
(a) By ordering. Every paid order placed on nocap.fitness during the giveaway period that includes the NoCap digital meal plan is automatically one entry. No code or sign-up is needed. An order that is cancelled, charged back, or refunded for any reason other than winning is not an eligible entry.
(b) Free by mail. No purchase needed.
- Take a 3x5 index card or a postcard.
- Hand-print your full name, email address, mailing address, and date of birth.
- Write "Lucky 7" on the card.
- Mail it in a stamped envelope to: NoCap Fitness LLC – Lucky 7, 35 Kane Ave, Hempstead, NY 11550.
One card per envelope. One mail-in entry per person per day. Cards must be received by November 8, 2026. Each card is given a 1-in-7 random chance when Sponsor logs it. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, postage-due, or misdirected mail.
5. How winners are chosen. Order entries: an eligible order wins if its order number can be divided evenly by 7 (for example, order #2093 or #2100). Sponsor's store system gives every order a number automatically when it is placed. If one of those numbers lands on an order that is not an eligible entry, there is no winner for that number. Mail-in entries: each card receives a random 1-in-7 draw when it is logged. Every entry therefore has 1-in-7 odds, whichever way it was entered. Sponsor's records and draws are final.
6. Prizes. Order winners get back what they paid for the prize products in the winning order: the NoCap digital meal plan, the Weight Loss Made Simple Digital Edition, and the NoCap Supplement Guide, up to $60.99 in total. The refund goes to the original payment method. Anything else in the order, such as the paperback book and its shipping, is not part of the prize and is not refunded. Winners keep everything in the order. Approximate value of an order prize: $24.99 to $60.99, depending on the order. Mail-in winners receive the NoCap digital meal plan, the Weight Loss Made Simple Digital Edition, and the NoCap Supplement Guide by email at no charge, approximate retail value $60.99. Order refunds are issued automatically within about 5 minutes of the order (within 2 business days if the order includes anything outside the prize) and normally appear on statements within 3 to 10 business days. No substitutions, except by Sponsor if a prize becomes unavailable. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility.
Prize cap. Sponsor will award no more than $5,000 in total prizes in this round, counting order refunds and mail-in prizes together. If the total awarded reaches $4,900, the round ends early: orders placed and mail-in cards received after that point are not entries, and Sponsor will post a notice at the top of this page.
7. Notification and announcements. Order winners are notified by email at the address used at checkout when their prize refund is issued. Mail-in winners are notified by email at the address on their card within 7 days of logging. Winners may be announced on Sponsor's TikTok Live broadcasts and social media by first name, last initial, and order number. By entering, you agree to this.
8. General conditions. By entering you agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify any entry it believes is fraudulent, duplicated, automated, or in violation of these rules, and may suspend or change the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond its control affects it; prizes already won are still awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors or for emails that land in spam folders. This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts for Denton County, Texas. Personal information is used only to run this giveaway and as described in Sponsor's privacy policy.
9. Winners list. To receive the list of winners for a round, email mark@nocap.fitness with the subject "Lucky 7 winners" within 60 days after the round ends.
